Fax / e-Mail Order Acknowledgements & Invoices
With the latest release of TPSquared the user can opt to communicate electronically with their customers. The system is capable of Faxing or e-Mailing a document directly from their desktop.
Features have been added to compensate for such things as "Electronic" signatures and additional "Terms & Conditions" which traditionally appear on the reverse side of a proposal form.
The ability to fax does require that the appropiate hardware be present in the PC, or alternatively, a server based fax product.
The ability to e-mail documents requires that Outlook or Outlook Express be installed and operational on each workstation. Outlook Express is delivered with Windows as a standard feature and requires no additional cost.
