Invoice Documents
TP2 can produce any one of three different invoice formats for any specific customer. This can be designed to support a document difference between retail and wholesale accounts or where more than one legal entity is doing business from the same location.
Order acknowledgements can be produced at any time during the life of an order and always shows the current status of that order.
Dig Sheets and/or Picking lists can also be produced at any time during the life of an order.
Plant and/or tree tags can also be produced at the same time that dig sheets/picking tickets are produced. These are generally setup to show the plant name, quantity, location and the customers name and PO number if applicable.
Order Acknowledgements
Order acknowledgements can be produced at any time during the life of an order and always shows the current status of that order.
The user can specify the number of copies produced at print time.
