Fax Availability Sheets
TP2 allows for the generation of a current stock availability report that in turn can be faxed directly to their customers. The creation of this report allows the user to pick and choose a range of product to be shown or the complete inventory. Unit prices can also be shown as can the actual stock position.
The actual look and feel of the finished document is up to the end user as each installation has the opportunity to customize the format.
Note: Faxing within TP2 is dependent on the users workstaton hardware and fax software capabilities.
