Inter-Company Transfers
For multi-location companies the process of transferring product between them can be quite cumbersome and is generally a time consuming, confusing and manual process.
Built in to TP2 is a transfer "Worksheet" where any user can start a new worksheet that is visible at any other location. It can be printed at any other location as a dig sheet/pick list.
As a worksheet is entered it is given a title such as "Monday's AM Needs" or "Week 17 Installations". Additionally the originating user id is recorded and the current status of the worksheet is specified, such as In Process, Completed & Ready, In Transit or Finished.
The actioning user can acknowledge their progress in the same manner so that anyone viewing the worksheets can immediately ascertain the current status and it's whereabouts.
