Available as a seperate module, the customer reference system was designed for use by customers in a retail environment. It could be equally beneficial for walk-in wholesale accounts.
The system makes use of the TPSquared data base and allows the customer to look up product by category, such as Trees, Shrubs, Ground Covers, Annuals and Perinnials. It then shows all product in the category and allows the customer to select a specific item. Once a specific item is selected the system will show the customer all of the variations by size, such as 2.0", 3.0", 4.0" etc. the retail price of each and the availability of each size. It can also show up to 3 pictures of each item in various states such as summer, fall and winter.
This product is completely "Touch" screen driven and does not require a keyboard or mouse for operation. Specfic "lockouts" have also been incorprated to prevent the customer from meandering around the computer.
