Welcome to the TPSquared Web Site. We are in the process of updating our site with the intent of providing you an easier and more fruitful web experience. This is the same logic we apply to the on-going development of TPSquared. A constant re-evaluation in our never ending desire to produce the best software on the market.
The Invenory maintenance process makes use of several forms. The Basic item and inventory form, the pricing form and the planning form.
Inventory can be held at multiple locations and a "Ready Date" set for each that produces a warning message if that inventory is sold prior to the specified date.
Pricing can be set from 1 level to 10 levels, depending on your needs. Any level can have volume price breaks applied, and sale prices can be set for 1 or any number of price levels.
Contract prices can also be set for any specific customer elsewhere in the system.
All inventory adjustments are viewable in the inventory history view.
The production Planning process allows the user to associate up to 6 other inventoried items to the main item as required. This may be pots, plugs, etc.required to produce the main item. The reporting process then brings this altogether in the form of a requirements planning report.
Royalty fees can also be associated with any item and reported on for any requested period.
