The Point-of-Sale forms are much like the Counter Sale Forms except that they have been simplified for use at the retail counter. Actually these forms are interchangeable and it is up to the end-user to determine which form would be more appropiate.
The Point-of-Sale forms are very intuitive and easy to learn for new employees. The program can be used with a touch screen, complete with a pop-up keyboard, or via hot keys designed to minimize keyboard-to-mouse movements or the more conventional keyboard and mouse configuration.
The CSM (Customer Service Management) module is designed to suport the entire customer service function at the counter. From a single form, or work surface, all of the needed fuctionality is at your finger tips. No need to shut down one program and start another.
Customer Queries and Price & Availability queries can be executed without interrupting the order in process.
The form design can handle the quick over-the-counter retail sale or the most complex wholesale order imaginable. You can quickly enter, save and recall will-call orders or invoice them on the spot.
Internet based credit card processing is also available.
