The Counter Sale forms are very intuitive and easy to learn for new employees. The program can also be used with a touch screen complete with a pop-up keyboard, or via hot keys designed to minimize keyboard-to-mouse movements.

The CSM (Customer Service Management) module is designed to suport the entire customer service function at the counter. From a single form, or work surface, all of the needed fuctionality is at your finger tips. No need to shut down one program and start another.

Customer Queries and Price & Availability queries can be executed without interrupting the order in process.

The form design can handle the quick over-the-counter retail sale or the most complex wholesale order imaginable. You can quickly enter, save and recall will-call orders or invoice them on the spot.

Internet based credit card processing is also available.
